Thu, 1st Feb –
The school is holding another Maths Curriculum Evening beginning at 7. 00 p.m. and ending at 8.15 p.m.
This event is open to parents / carers of all year groups.
The focus of the evening will be on how the school and parents can work together to support children in their learning of maths. This will include, conceptual understanding and using the concrete / pictorial / abstract approach, including bar-modelling, which has been embedded into our maths teaching.
The evening will be led the school's maths consultant and expert Peter Warwick and is in part a refresher on the talk given at our last curriculum evening in November 2016.
We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.
Reserve Your Place
If you wish to attend, please reserve your place using the form on this page.
Places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Maximum 2 places per family.
Please be aware at previous curriculum evenings we have had to decline requests for places as we were fully booked, but not all parents who booked a place then attended. We are keen to avoid this happening again. If you book and then find you are unable to attend please email the school office at office@st-pauls.enfield.sch.uk so that we can reallocate your place to someone on the reserve list.
