Receptionist / Administrator

Actual Salary Range: £8,635 p.a. inclusive
Hours: 20 hours per week (9.15 am to 2.30 pm Tuesday to Friday) x 38 weeks per annum
Contract: Fixed Term to 20 July 2018
Start Date: September 2017

We are an outstanding and heavily over-subscribed friendly and welcoming two form entry Voluntary Aided Church of England primary school.

We are seeking to appoint a positive, confident and highly motivated part-time member of staff who will work as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to the office team.  You will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils and staff.  The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Have a welcoming and calm personality
  • Have proven IT and administrative skills (including GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
