Welcome to St Paul’s CE Primary School. Our website is designed to introduce you to the school and provide helpful information.
Within the context of Christian belief and practice, our school has developed a set of core values which will continue to underpin all the work we do. These values of Love, Hope, Peace, Forgiveness, Friendship and Truth, have a huge impact on your child as they develop. It is hoped that these values will help them consider the implications of their choices in relation to themselves, the communities from which they are part and the wider world.
St Paul’s School is blessed to operate in an amazing community, including the staff, the strong leadership team, our wonderful children and supportive parent body, which makes for a unique and vibrant learning environment. St Paul’s CE Primary School strives to meet the needs of all our pupils to achieve their full potential in their academic, creative, personal, physical, moral and spiritual development.
John 10:10 “life in all its fullness.” It is our aim to challenge ourselves and you the parents in asking: Is what we are doing, enabling all our children to have “life in all its fullness?”
We know how vital working in partnership with parents is, in order for children to find school a positive and rewarding experience. We strongly believe achievement and enjoyment go hand in hand to ensure each child’s excellent progress. We at St Paul’s CE Primary School hold high expectations in all areas, especially in behaviour and achievement.
Thank you for taking the time to consider St Paul’s CE Primary School, should you decide to make this your child’s educational home we will do all we can to ensure that your child achieves “life in all its fullness.”
Mr Bruce Russell
Our school is a happy, welcoming Christian community in which children and adults work hard together to care for each other and the world, and to learn, grow and achieve success.
Our Core Values
Love. Forgiveness. Truth. Friendship. Hope. Peace.
Our core value for this half term is: Love
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs…love rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes and always perseveres. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)
School open mornings will be held on Monday 30 September, Thursdays 17 & 31 October and Thursday 21 November. Please contact the school for more details and to reserve a place.
