Welcome to St. Paul’s Church of England Primary School

Welcome to St Paul’s CE Primary School. This website is designed to introduce you to the school and provide practical information outlining our approach to teaching and nurturing children.

Within the context of Christian belief and practice, our school has developed a set of shared values of love, friendship, truth, forgiveness, hope and peace. These values underpin all we do and help shape our ambitious curriculum, through which the children enjoy today and are equipped for a positive tomorrow.

St Paul’s School is blessed with a wonderfully supportive community, including the staff, the strong leadership team, our wonderful children and supportive parent body, which makes for a unique and vibrant learning environment. We want everyone within our community to flourish, to achieve their full potential and develop a life-long love of learning.

We understand the importance of working in partnership with parents in order for children to find school a positive and rewarding experience. We strongly believe achievement and enjoyment go hand in hand and we have high expectations in all areas. There is a strong focus on the development of the children’s spiritual, moral, social and cultural understanding so they know how to make a positive contribution to their community and wider society.

Thank you for taking the time to browse through this website. I invite you to come and see for yourself all that St Paul’s has to offer and look forward to welcoming you.

Interim Headteacher

Our Vision

Our school is a happy, welcoming Christian community in which children and adults work hard together to care for each other and the world, and to learn, grow and achieve success.

Our Core Values

Love. Forgiveness. Truth. Friendship. Hope. Peace.

Our core value for this half term is: Peace

‘Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.’

Matthew 5:9

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid.’

John 14:27
